Extend the response due date. The response due date is September 20, 2023, at 10:00 am CST. Minimum Salient Characteristics: The Hip/ Knee Positioner must be compatible with Skytron beds. Knee Positioner must have a 30-inch base plate, aluminum boot, and push button locking clamp. OR Table Pads for use with knee positioner and must include 1 pc set Large Upper Body Pad 41"x 20"x 3.25" and 2 pc set Leg Pads 34"x 10"x 3.25" Stulberg Hip Positioner must attach directly to the operating table utilizing the existing table adapters. The upright pads must be made of semi-dense foam to help prevent pressure points and must be sealed with a washable coating. ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES Provisions that are incorporated by reference (by Citation Number, Title, and Date), have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. The following provisions are incorporated into 52.212-1 as an addendum to this solicitation: The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that meets or exceeds ALL requirements of this solicitation and the Price/Cost Schedule. If proposing other than the brand name item, specifications and product literature shall be provided to ensure item meets the salient characteristics. Quotes which merely restate the requirement, or state that the requirement will be met without providing supporting rationale, are not sufficient. Offerors who fail to meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation will be rated Unacceptable and thus, ineligible for award. 1. If not the manufacturer, an authorized dealer/distributor letter shall be included with the offer. 2. Must include the manufacturer s part number. 3. Contractor shall fill out the certification in 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
