The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 16 Contracting Office intends to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 FAR Par 13.106-3; Soliciting from a Single Source Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions (VHSS), 2615 Port Industrial Drive, Suite 405, Jacksonville, FL 32226. VHSS is the only SDVOSB authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer to distribute the GlideScope Core 15 Premium. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs Biloxi VAMC located in Biloxi, MS. The NAICS code determined for this requirement is 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing). This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Purchase Order. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations: interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT 09/07/2023 at 3:00pm CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
