SOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, software, travel, transportation and supervision necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services on Stryker surgical waste management system equipment at the facility located in Fayetteville, AR. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 811210, with a small business size standard of $34,000,000. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed to allow for registration. All quotes from responsible parties shall be considered by the agency if determined timely and responsive. Interested parties should submit all questions regarding this solicitation in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov to be received no later than 10:00 AM, Friday, September 15, 2023. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Pertinent questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation to be issued on or about September 18, 2023.
