THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing Medical Waste Collection and Disposal Services for the Dept Veteran Affairs Medical Center VHSO Main Campus located at 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703, including outlining clinics. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 562211, with a small business size standard of $47M. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed-price contract, with a base year (10/02/2023 10/01/2024) and four (4) annual option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
