The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: STRYKER SALES, LLC 5900 Optical CT, San Jose, California 95138. The Contractor shall provide a Stryker Spy-Phi & Fluid Management System in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Stryker Sales, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System 400 Veterans Avenue Warehouse BLDG 26, Biloxi MS 39531.
