The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16, is seeking potential sources capable of performing Hospital Janitorial Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Repair services for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas. It is anticipated any related solicitation will be set-aside for entities registered at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/ as Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Businesses. However, all interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $14,000,000. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
