This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, 06-02-2023. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and verified as a Small Business (SB) concern.
