Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to replace two hydronic coils for AHUs 19 and 10-1 inside Building 100 on the DeBakey VA Medical Center at 2002 Holcombe, Houston, TX 77030. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) setaside under NAICS code 561210, with a small business size standard of $47 Million.
