The National Contracting Office (NCO) No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: Virtualis VR Corp, 3 Green Meadow Dr., Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. The Contractor shall provide a Virtualis - MotionVR+ in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Virtualis VR Corp is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Mobile VA Clinic, 4444 Demetropolis Road, Mobile, AL 36619. NCO 16 also requests information to determining the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential businesses to provide a Virtualis - MotionVR+ or approved equal to the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi MS 39531-2410.
