DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS PerkinElmer IVIS Lumina XR Service Agreement The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance consisting of one preventative maintenance (PM) visit and one corrective maintenance (CM) repair visit for the IVIS Lumina XR used at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 for a one-year period beginning on May 1st, 2023, through April 30th, 2024, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This includes, but not limited to, travel and labor for PM services, replacement parts for PM visits, 24/7 technical and clinical support, and a discount on parts, travel, and labor outside this agreement coverage.
