No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor s submission of this Sources Sought Notice or the Government s use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole, or in part, any contractor s input resulting from this Sources Sought Notice. No contractual arrangement will be made as a result of this notice. Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. All interested parties that are capable of providing the required services shall submit a response via email to anitra.session@va.gov no later than April 27, 2023, at 3:30 PM/CST. The responses shall be limited to 15 pages and address the information below. Contractor names, UID number, address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address Brief description of the company background, capability to meet this requirement (may include nurse resumes, facility/company accreditations, type of equipment used, etc.), and past or current performance under contract (civilian or government). Contractor s Business Size and socioeconomic status, including Vendor Information Pages (VIP) verification, if applicable. Contractor s interest in responding to a solicitation if issued. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite GENERAL SURGERY Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (hereinafter referred to as VAMC). The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of GENERAL SURGERY services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards American Association for General Surgeons http://www.absurgery.org/default.jsp?cc_gs Place of Performance: Services shall be provided on site, VAMC 1100 North College Ave. Fayetteville, AR. 72703 Requirement will be for one (1) calendar year, with four (4) ordering periods. Period of Performance is expected to be around 09/28/2023 09/27/2028 Note: The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561320; size standard $34.0 million.
