The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement to overlay approximately 5,231 square feet of new Government furnished welded seam floor coverings with integral cove base to hospital specifications within the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at John L. McClellan (JLM) VA Medical Center, 4800 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents between 04/21/2023 – 04/28/2023, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. **Solicitation posted on 05/01/2023** The solicitation will be issued as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 238330, with a small business size standard of $19M. All interested parties must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, at the time an offer or quotation is submitted and the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed to allow time for registration. The Government intends to award one standalone contract with a 45-day period of performance. This is a pre-solicitation notice only.
