This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, 01-01-2003. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Vendor quote may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify registration. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Texas 70119 is seeking a contractor to provide the Lecia VT1200 Config (Brand Name or Equal) for the Research Service at SLVHCS.
