McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM) has a requirement for elevator preventative maintenance services for the facility located in Little Rock, AR. The contractor shall provide in accordance with the statement of work, full maintenance which includes regular and systematic inspections for the Parking Deck Elevators located at the (JLM). This requirement is Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 238290, with a size standard of $22 Million. All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed to allow for registration. All quotes from responsible parties shall be considered by the agency if determined timely and responsive.
