McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital and the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas respectively. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. All interested parties must be listed in the U. S.
