DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis: Data Innovations, LLC 436 Mountain View Dr., Colchester, VT 05446-5952. The Contractor shall provide all Data Innovations Instrument Manager (DI IM) system software, installation services, associated support and maintenance, and training for the purpose of upgrading the existing DI IM software and server platform, and future implementation of the new electronic health record (Cerner). The Contractor shall provide this software and associated services in accordance with the attached draft statement of work to fulfill this requirement for the Fayetteville, AR VA Medical Center, located at 1100 North College Ave. Fayetteville, AR 72703.
