SOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement for environmental monitoring for hazardous chemicals and gases services for the facility located in Fayetteville, AR. The contractor shall provide in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications environmental monitoring for hazardous chemicals and gases in four (4) operating rooms (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), two (2) Endoscopy Procedure Rooms, One (1) Dental procedure room and Laboratory Histology and Cytology rooms; perform annual inspection, repairs and certification of piped medical gas systems, perform hydrocarbon testing of medical air compressors and measure and document air flow and hourly air exchange rates. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 541350, with a size standard of $11.5 Million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed to allow for registration. All quotes from responsible parties shall be considered by the agency if determined timely and responsive. Interested parties should submit all questions regarding this solicitation in writing, via email to carolyn.hill1@va.gov to be received no later than 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 20, 2023. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Pertinent questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation to be issued on or about April 28, 2023.
