The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement to TAB air flows, air exchanges, room static pressure differentials, temperatures, and relative humidity for the Building 21 HVAC System located at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR in accordance with the Veterans Affairs (VA) VHAC Design Guide 2017, Rev. Mar 2022, Edition. Â This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents between 11/23/2022-11/28/2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. Â The solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside.
