This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center has a requirement all Municipal Solid Waste Refuse Storage, Collection, Disposal and Recycling Service at: the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center Campus at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston TX 77030, The period of performance is anticipated to be January 01, 2022 through December 31, 2023 with four subsequent option years. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, materials, supervision and other related services to accomplish all the terms and conditions of the resulting contract from the Statement of Work requirements to be detailed in the RFQ to follow. The NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection with a Size Standard of $41.5 Million. The RFQ is a set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be posted on or around November 18, 2022. This date is subject to change.
