The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of overlaying approximately 5,231 square feet of new Government furnished welded seam floor coverings. The materials will be provided by the VA and the contractor is only responsible for providing the equipment and labor needed to complete the job. The estimated period of performance is 8 days, the VA will move patients out of the area, and move them back in once the flooring installed. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 238330, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
