PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services for both of its main campuses located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. Services include providing grounds maintenance services that will promote healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance, to include mowing, trimming, weed-eating, edging, weed control, leaf removal, flower and rock bed maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, mulching, litter removal, annual planting of flower beds, loose trash cleanup, parking lot and street clean up, and other tasks as indicated in the Performance Work Statement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about October 3, 2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561730, with a small business size standard of $8,500,000. All interested parties must be listed in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their quote and, be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed for registration. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time.
