VHA requests the Contractor provide design and construction services to include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and other services necessary to upgrade the leased property in accordance with this scope of work.The Contractor shall provide construction work necessary at the Katy and Tomball CBOC sites to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) change to the new Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM).
