The Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement titled "Refurnish Oval of Circle Drive for project number 564-17-117, per issue for construction Drawings and Specifications. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). At least 25 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel shall be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of other eligible SDVOSB concerns. Questions will be accepted only after the solicitation has been published. The Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications to fully complete the refurbishment of the oval of circle drive, which includes full depth replacement of roadways and parking areas, curbs and gutters, traffic control devices, pavement markings, pedestrian traffic, site and pedestrian lighting, emergency call boxes, earthwork, and landscaping, site utilities, and storm water run-off. This is a phased project and must be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and allow access to all buildings for emergency vehicles during construction. Jobsite is located on the VHSO Main Campus 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. Solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, will be available electronically on or about July 6, 2022, on this website. Hard copies will not be mailed.
