PRE-SOLICITATION CONSTRUCT INPATIENT DIALYSIS PROJECT NO. 598-18-107 The Contractor shall provide all necessary services to meet the project objectives and requirements and to provide the required outcome in terms of overall quality, timeliness and documentation. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and coordinating the services of any and all third-party Contractors performing other services on site and other entities as part of the contract to ensure the expected quality, timely, and documented final product. All work shall be in accordance with the provided construction specifications, drawings, all attached documents, all terms and conditions of this contract, as well as the statement of work. The project location will be held at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Medical Center located at 2200 Ft. Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. This project is for the construction of a new Dialysis unit for Inpatients located in B-170 at the NLR campus. The specifications and drawings will be available as attachments once the solicitation is released in contract opportunities (Government wide point of entry) at no charge. The dollar magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS Code for this project will be 238290 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and under NAICS 236220 to be eligible for award. You must register as an Interested Vendor at the contract opportunities website for pre-solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must be registered in Career Opportunities To Receive Notification for amendments.
