Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Gulf Coast VA HealthCare System in Biloxi, MS is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.5 for Performance of a 5-year Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Service. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection. The procurement contemplates a 5-year effort, with a Base Year and Four 1-Year Options. This procurement contains VAAR 852.219 10, VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Only firms currently certified as SDVOSB in the VIP database (https://vetbiz.va.gov/vip/) will be considered eligible for award. The Performance Work Statement is in the RFQ attached.
