The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing all access to services, modalities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, expert training and ongoing mentorship and other necessary items for training and mentorship of VA Houston staff in the facilitation of Healing Circles for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77303. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $12.0 Mil. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
