The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal ($41.5 Million). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The VA contemplates making multiple awards (if applicable). The government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide (i.e. if you can only support a certain number of beds, please state what you can provide). The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 16, is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide the following for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little, AR: Remove Soiled Ceiling Tiles and Install New Tile (approximately 28,965 square feet of ceiling tile and grids) Heavy Cleaning of Ceiling Grid Hazardous Waste Removal of Pest Feces ( HEPA Filters must be used and PPE and Equipment must be furnished by the contractor.
