The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing digital cable TV services for the Biloxi, MS campus. See Scope of Work for a brief description of services. The NAICS code is 515210Â Cable and Other Subscription Programming and the Size Standard is $38.5M. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, modems, materials, cable utility infrastructure to facility/buildings, and travel required to provide 24/7 full-service activation and coverage. Cable TV service requirements to include basic digital cable TV for approximately 330 TV drops locations, with the ability to incorporate additional TV drops in the future. Cable TV service shall be 100% digital (no satellite or dish) and must seamlessly integrate into existing cable utility infrastructure installed at this facility. Digital cable TV services must not require a digital converter box located at each TV but be fully compatible with existing TV s.
