This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement is for brand name or Equal products and will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government.2.The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25622Q1221. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation.3.This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 (eff. 05/26/2022) and VAAR Update 2008-32 (eff. 11/01/2021).4.This requirement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement. The addendum to FAR 52.212-4 also applies to this acquisition.
