THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of performing janitorial services in building 100 of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, TX 77030. Is is anticipated this requirement will be solicited as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 561720, with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides details of the work to be performed, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with. If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the PWS, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name Point of Contact SAM Unique Entity ID Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages). In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) clause 852.219-10(d)(1) a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) may not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid to it by the Government to firms that are not similarly situated.
