Currently seeking sources only, this notice is not a solicitation. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), New Orleans, LA VA Medical Center, located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 is seeking a qualified, capable, and interested contractor to support the following procurement: Preventive Maintenance Services for York Air Handling Units and Phoenix Air Systems. The overall required work effort includes (but is not limited to) the following: preventive maintenance services for commercial climate control systems including air handling units and all other auxiliary and ancillary climate control components. This work effort is to be accomplished by fully qualified, trained, and licensed individuals with experience & competencies in refrigeration and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). Please refer to the documents entitled "S02 FINAL Sources Sought Notice Air Handling Unit Air Systems PM Services" and "P09 Performance Work Statement Addendum PM Services Air Units" that are contained within this notice.
