The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of technical support and maintenance of the laboratory interface system, including Data Innovations operating system, instrument specific interface program, interface equipment and network connectivity hardware, emergency service and software host connections for Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks located in Fayetteville, AR. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the work to be performed, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with.
