The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement for an annual Steam System evaluation located at the Alexandria VA Healthcare System located in Pineville, LA. Â This is a presolicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on 4/15/2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. Â The solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5M. All interested parties must be listed in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their quote and, be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed to allow time for registration. Â The Government intends to award one standalone contract for a base period of 12 months, and four (4) one-year option periods. This is a presolicitation notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor this website for issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) system prior to award of a Government contract. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. It is recommended that your firm register immediately in order to be eligible for award.
