Restrain only all joints on the existing 10-inch domestic and fire mains located in the sub-basement crawlspace. Additionally, block and change 10-inch MJ quarter bend that blew out at joint. This would be approximately 40 locations to restrain and build sway brackets to hold the piping in line while operational.
