UPDATE: THE DATE/TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 10:00AM CENTRAL TIME, ON FRIDAY, JUNE 10, 2022 SOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement for 503A Pharmaceutical Compounding Services for facility located in Fayetteville, AR. The contractor shall provide all chemotherapy agents, intravenous (IV) Tubing, closed system drug transfer devices (Equashield product with female Luer-Lock connectors), and any other items deemed necessary. All hazardous chemotherapy agents will be aseptically compounded based on patient specific orders. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about April 19, 2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 325412, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed to allow for registration. All quotes from responsible parties shall be considered by the agency if determined timely and responsive. Interested parties should submit all questions regarding this solicitation in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov to be received no later than 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Pertinent questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation to be issued on or about May 11, 2022.
