DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE (NCO) 16 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25622Q0551 Centralized Public Relations Management (PRM) Platform to assist in building media relationships The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources, to provide the Department of Veteran Affairs with Subscription to Muck Rack for multiple locations, that will include the following: Unlimited access to the global media database Unlimited media lists Unlimited media list imports (we check your lists against our platform and continue to refresh out of date information) Unlimited media list exports (Excel, PDF, html) Unlimited email alerts (articles, journalist tweets, journalist shares) Unlimited coverage reports (which can be automated from the alerts), including social media shares and journalist shares Unlimited trends reports and analytics for keywords/keyword strings (mention volume, top authors, top outlets, etc.) Unlimited 'Who Shared My Link?' reports Unlimited coverage comparison reports (similar to the share of voice) Collaborative tools to share media lists/coverage reports CRM/Activity tools for tracking notes and communications w/ journalists Customizable Pitches/distributions from the platform Customizable widgets for Dashboard analytics A dedicated Account Manager to help with onboarding, lead strategy sessions, provide best practices, etc. throughout the entirety of your subscription Access to Our Customer Success and Editorial teams REQUESTED RESPONSES: The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post in the near future. Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: Please respond to this RFI if you can provide the exact brand name products listed in the table in the background section above. In the response please cite your business size status. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. Please respond to this RFI if you can provide supplies that can be determined EQUIVALENT to the products listed in the table in the background section above. Please provide details on the proposed EQUIVALENT products such as Manufacturer Name, Part Number, and Description. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Small Business Manufacturers.
