This is a presolicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about 3/7/2022-3/11/2022, reference solicitation number 36C25622Q0459, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a total Veteran-Owned, Small Business (VOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5M. All interested parties must be listed in the VA’s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their quote and, be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed to allow time for registration. The Government intends to award one standalone contract for a base period of 12 months, and four (4) one-year option periods. This is a presolicitation notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time.
