SCOPE OF WORK AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Background: MEDVAMC has hired an additional echocardiography attending to help address the high and increasing volume of echocardiography studies on our Veterans. However, at present there are no additional available echo reading stations (computer and dedicated high resolution monitors) available for them to read the echo studies they are being hired to read. Each attending must have one such machine in their office (particularly given the need with COVID for social distancing.
