This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/about/, and active vendor in https://sam.gov/content/home at the time of receipt of quotes and at the time of award. The applicable NAICS code is 332999 with PSC of 6530. This solicitation is for delivery to the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery, VA Medical Center, 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, Mississippi 39216. The request is for the purchase and delivery only of a decontamination sink (triple bay, stainless steel) for Sterile Processing Service (SPS). This is a brand name or equal requirement. The manufacturer or equal: Skytron , model number (CCPS319735AH) with 12 backsplash. Quantity: Two each. Please see Statement of Work (SOW) for complete description. Installation is not required. No existing equipment removal required. Delivery required by May 6, 2022. Quote responses to the solicitation must contain all requested CLIN(s) to be considered for award. Please include time frame for delivery in your quote and delivery costs (if applicable) included in the pricing of the quote. Must provide, at time of quote, authorized distributor letter if you are not the manufacturer of the requested item. Please include picture and/or brochure of item being quoted to include drawings if applicable. Delivery is FOB Destination. All quotes must contain company name, DUNS number, contact number, email address and contact person name. All quote responses are only accepted via email to mari.gibson@va.gov. Quote submissions must be received no later than January 20, 2022, at 10:00 am CST. If contractor fails to provide sufficient technical information, all requested information, or the information has not passed the evaluation, the quote will be deemed not acceptable and will not be further evaluated. No gray market equipment accepted for this requirement. Gray market equipment means no used, refurbished, counterfeit or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. Vendor shall be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
