Patient Elopement System Recommissioning & Service Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, New Orleans, LA The purpose of this requirement is to initiate a new service agreement for the Patient Elopement System at SLVHCS, New Orleans. The proposed service contract would recommission the existing system and provide annual service which would cover all necessary software and hardware repairs, application usage maintenance, system enhancements, and 24-hour support. The SecurTrak Patient Elopement System is currently installed at the VA, New Orleans. The system has been out of service since 2018. As such, this system shall be recommissioned and maintained to manufacturer s standards to ensure patient safety.
