The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is seeking potential sources capable of providing Building Power Washing Services for Alexandria VA Healthcare System located in Pineville, LA, as indicated in the attached draft Statement of Work. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 561790, with a small business size standard of $8,000,000. It is anticipated this will be solicited and awarded as a service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business set-aside. However, all interested sources are encouraged to respond to this notice. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the work to be performed, the location, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with.
