The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing Hill Rom P500 mattress repairs, for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located in Arkansas. The vendor will need to provide repairs for ten non-functional P500 Hill-Rom mattresses. The services and any replaced parts will be OEM, along with OEM certified technicians only performing the required repairs. Repairs/Replacement of the ticking on the mattresses and Internal bladders and hoses. The vendor must comply with all Regulations in the healthcare environment that oversee and/or include upholstery or performance of the furniture in their surveys and inspections: VAMC 598 Infection Control Policies and Guidelines The Joint Commission (TJC) Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name; Point of Contact; DUNS Number; Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages).
