PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for commercial courier services for the main campus located in North Little Rock, AR, and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs, Mena, Mountain Home, Pine Bluff, Russellville, and Searcy, Arkansas. Items to be transported include inter-office correspondence, pharmaceuticals, expendable and nonexpendable commodities, x-rays, lab specimens, patient records, forms, equipment that can fit within requested half-ton panel van, and/or other items as required. This is a pre-solicitation notice only.
