The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, 2002 Holcomb Blvd, Houston, TX 77030 intends to solicit and negotiate a contract for medical waste services. Contractor shall be responsible for allocating all equipment and personnel, including back-up resources, to meet all requirements for the comprehensive management of the regulated medical waste (RMW) at the Houston, Michael E. DeBakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) and all affiliated facilities.
