In September 2017, the New Orleans VA awarded contract to VA256-17-P-2301 to Medivators Inc. and purchased a service agreement manufactured by Image Stream Medical (ISM). That 2017 contract had 4(four) 1-year option periods. The final option of that contract ends on 25 January 2022. The purpose of this sources sought posting is to announce that the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) is seeking to determine if there are SDVOSBs, VOSBs, or SBs, capable to fulfill a continuing requirement for a service agreement which would cover the following: The VA desires a gold service agreement that initiates the warranty on four Medivators Advantage Plus Endoscope Reprocessing Systems, and the EndoDry/ESC cabinets for a period 26 January 2022 25 January 2023, with 4 (four) 1-year option periods. This service agreement will include annual preventive maintenance, one operator training program annually per facility provided by a MEDIVATORS clinical support specialist, remedial service (labor, travel and parts) if required in between preventive maintenance service calls and telephone technical support at no additional charge for each year that the service agreement is in effect. We anticipate using NAICS code 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and PSC Code J065 (Maintenance / Repair / Rebuild of Equipment - Medical, Dental, And Veterinary Equipment and Supplies).
