This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, Regional Procurement Office - Central, on behalf of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to ONCO INC. for cancer registry and software. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables for the Cancer registry at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. The Cancer registry can provide a navigation tracking system that can track patients from all tumor/cancer sites and record oncology specific information to help Nurse Navigators better manage patients through the entire continuum of care, including scheduling treatment plans, prompting follow-ups, tracking barriers to treatment. Improve the Cancer Care program s ability to manage appointments, referrals and increase patient retention. All of which would be required to meet the standards of the Commission on Cancer s accreditation program for or the Oncology Service at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) Oncology Service, located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
