Page 2 of 3 SOURCES SOUGHT X-Ray Repair and Maintenance The Gulf Coast VA Healthcare System (GCVAHCS) intends to solicit and Sole Source a Firm-Fixed-Price annual contract with an Other Than Small Business, Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. Contractor shall provide X-Ray Maintenance and Repair Services for the GCVAHCS in Biloxi, MS, Mobile, AL, and Pensacola, FL. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.. See attached Statement of Work for specifications. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Page 3 of 3 If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. We are seeking Veteran-Owned sources, but any Small Business should identify its capability to provide the service. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2021. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, in accordance with FAR 16.202-1. The contract will be a Five-Year effort, with a Base and Four 1-Year Option Periods. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes and is being posted for informational purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by Midnight, 7 September 2021.
