This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25620Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective June 10, 2021. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $22M. This requirement is for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will be firm-fixed-price. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The closing date for this notice is 1:00 PM CT August 31, 2021. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, transportation, supervision, and parts necessary, to provide full maintenance and repair services, including preventive maintenance inspections, for Steris equipment located at the Joint Ambulatory Care Center, Pensacola, FL. Services shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work Statement for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, to include four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
