Page 2 of 3 SOURCES SOUGHT STAT Specialized Toxicology Testing Services The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center (GVMVAMC) intends to solicit and Sole Source a Firm-Fixed-Price annual contract with an Other Than Small Business, University of Mississippi Medical Center. Contractor shall provide STAT Specialized Toxicology Testing Services for the GV Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The testing is performed while patients wait on results. The required maximum Turn-Around Time is 4 hours. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511, Medical Laboratories. See attached Statement of Work for specifications. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. We are seeking Veteran-Owned sources, but any Small Business should identify its capability to provide the service. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2019. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, in accordance with FAR 16.202-1. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes and is being posted for informational purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
