The area of consideration is RESTRICTED to a 500-mile driving radius of the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531 in which either the A/E firm’s Primary or established Auxiliary/Satellite office must be located.
